IP Geolocation by DB-IP: https://db-ip.com, licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). When you haven’t shared your device location, we use it to estimate your city from your IP address.

Either way, cities are named using place names by GeoNames (https://www.geonames.org), licensed under CC BY 4.0, and India’s state boundaries by the DataMeet India community and the Election Commission of India, via geoBoundaries, licensed under CC BY 2.5 India.

Both lookups run on our own servers.
