Delete your Fifefy account

• Open the Fifefy app and tap your profile picture at the top right of the Home screen to open the menu
• Tap Settings, then Manage account
• Tap Delete account and confirm

• Sign in at fifefy.com
• Open Settings, then Deactivate or delete account (fifefy.com/settings/account)
• Choose Delete account and confirm

Email support@codethreadsolutions.com from the email address registered to your Fifefy account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We may ask you to confirm the request so we know the account is yours. We act on verified requests within 30 days.

Your account is deactivated straight away: your profile and content are no longer visible to anyone. You then have 30 days to change your mind: signing in again within 30 days cancels the deletion.

After 30 days your account is permanently deleted, together with:

• Your profile, profile picture and banner
• Your posts, replies, Fliks and Flash stories, and the photos and videos you uploaded
• Messages you sent in chats
• Your followers, following, friends, reactions and Hi-Fives
• Your activity and viewing history, and your sessions on every device

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as transaction and tax records, and records we must preserve for a legal or safety investigation, for as long as that obligation lasts. Copies in our routine backups expire on their own within 30 days.

Want a copy first? Use Settings → Download your data in the app before you delete. If you only need a break, Deactivate account hides your profile and is fully reversible.
