The Price of Dawn They walked into the shadows of the night, To leave behind a legacy of light. They traded youth, their comfort, and their breath, And stood unbowed before the gates of death. The chains they broke still echo in our skies, A freedom bought with tears and sacrifice. Remember every drop of blood they gave, The quiet heroes and the fiercely brave. #poem #poetry #sacrifice
