Mental Health In our fast-paced, highly competitive world, we are constantly pushed to achieve more. We track our physical health, grades, & productivity. But in this race, we often forget to check the state of our minds. We treat physical illness with medicine and empathy, but we often meet mental struggles with silence, shame, or the dreaded advice to "just get over it." Mental health is not merely the absence of a mental disorder. It is the foundation of our daily lives. #mentalhealth
